Almave Ambar, Mocktails

Ingredients

1.5 oz Almave Blanco

.50 oz Lemon Juice

.50 oz Agave Nectar (1:1)

Directions

Add ingredients to the shaker tin, except sparkling wine.

Add ice and shake.

Double Strain into a chill coupe or large coupe.

Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a long curly orange twist.

Cut a very long, skinny piece of citrus peel (a channel knife works best). You can then shape the peel with a bar spoon or chopstick. This will give you a long, curly, elegant peel.
